Position Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves capturing stunning photography and videography of residential and commercial properties, including aerial drone footage. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and a great personality.
Interest in customer relations, client care, and showcasing exceptional properties.
Excellent photography and videography skills.
A willingness to learn and grow within the real estate photography field.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Internet-connected computer and smartphone.
FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred. (Required after 6 months of hire)
Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma
Degree in Photography, Marketing or Communications, Graphic Design or Film Studies is preferred, but not required. Relevant experience and a strong portfolio are essential.
Responsibilities
Conduct professional on-site photography, videography, and drone operations.
Monitor your schedule and emails for new job assignments.
Capture high-quality images and videos that accurately represent the property's features.
Generate floor plans and 3D tours (if applicable).
Upload finished images promptly (no editing required)
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Maintain and care for company equipment.
