Antidote 71
Antidote 71 is a digital marketing agency that helps companies build predictable, scalable revenue engines. We're looking for a HubSpot Specialist to help our clients grow and thrive. We partner with growing B2B companies to build and run programs that consistently bring in new business. We're a small, experienced team with high ownership and accountability. Ready to join us? HubSpot is central to how we deliver results—and we’re looking for someone who knows how to make it work.
Who are we looking for? The HubSpot Specialist is responsible for executing, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot across a portfolio of client accounts. This is a hands‑on, mid‑level role focused on building clean systems, reliable automation, and accurate reporting that support lead generation and sales execution.
You’ll work closely with Account Leads to translate growth strategy into a well‑structured, high‑performing HubSpot instance.
Responsibilities: HubSpot Execution & Administration
Own day‑to‑day HubSpot configuration across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM
Build and maintain workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
Manage properties, lists, pipelines, and data structure
Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify improvements
Onboard clients in new HubSpot hubs and tools
Lead Generation & Funnel Support
Support lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and MQL → SQL handoff
Build and manage forms, landing pages, emails, and campaigns as needed
Ensure attribution, tracking, and funnel logic are set up correctly
Maintain list hygiene and data quality standards
Configure deal pipelines, stages, tasks, and sales automation
Support sales teams with dashboards, reports, and CRM improvements
Assist with HubSpot onboarding and ongoing usage best practices
Reporting & Performance
Build and maintain dashboards aligned to client and internal KPIs
Ensure reporting accuracy across marketing and sales metrics
Partner with strategists to surface insights from HubSpot data
Participate in client calls when HubSpot context or execution is required
Work closely with Account Executives, Content and Creative Team Members and clients
Document processes, configurations, and standards
What should you know? You've got a great start if you have experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google business marketing platforms. You should be able to think creatively about matching client goals to audience targets and relevant content messaging. And articulate the “what” and the “so what” of plans and campaigns you develop.
We have a lot of clients working in HubSpot, so candidates familiar with HubSpot or other lead generation software—especially those with HubSpot certifications—will move to the front of the line!
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising
2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
Experience building workflows, automation, and lifecycle logic
Understanding of B2B lead generation and sales processes
Comfortable supporting multiple clients and priorities
Detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused
Experience with standard HubSpot integrations
Familiarity with RevOps concepts and funnel metrics
Strong company culture
Enhanced holiday & time off schedule
Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance with company contribution
401(k)/Roth 401(k) with company match
Paid maternity/paternity leave
Monthly office meal allowance
Free beverages & snacks
Additional fringe benefits (just ask!)
Job Level: Mid-level
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in IA, NE, SD, or NC)
