Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Trade Surveillance Multi-Asset (FI + Equities Focus) to join their team. As a Trade Surveillance Multi-Asset (FI + Equities Focus), you will be part of the Market Compliance Department supporting the Surveillance and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support multi-asset market abuse surveillance, focusing on Fixed Income and Equities.
Analyze complex alert patterns across different asset classes to identify potential market abuse.
Conduct investigations into cross-product manipulation, abusive trading strategies, and unusual trading activity.
Draft clear, regulator-ready documentation for escalations and findings.
Collaborate with trading desks, compliance & legal teams, and surveillance technology teams to enhance surveillance scenarios and thresholds.
What's Needed?
Experience in market abuse surveillance or ex-trading experience, with a strong preference for Fixed Income background.
Deep understanding of Fixed Income products and market mechanics.
Working knowledge of Equities market abuse scenarios.
Experience handling alert reviews, escalations, and investigations.
Strong analytical and communication skills to operate effectively in high‑pressure regulatory environments.
