R-9041The Senior SAP Analyst is responsible for determining modifications/design of SAP, through implementation and testing, ensuring changes provide the necessary functionality. Deliver technical expertise for the SAP system.Responsible for the analysis, design, and delivery of SAP-based solutions to high complexity problem(s) for a business function areaProvide functional design, system configuration, and end-user support within a broad functional scopeAnalyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, ensuring they meet business, development, and integration requirementsDevelop functional architecture based on process requirements, application, and system landscapeOversee SAP application migration to production and performance tuning functionDetermine and complete all maintenance, upgrade, and implementation tasks related to the core SAP applicationsDevelop, execute, and document test scenarios and test data with minimal outside input; perform required configurations of SAP solutionsActively drive deliverables in relevant SAP and cross-functional projectsTrain end users on new enhancements or functionality as required, and maintain/update user manuals and documentationDesign and develop customized reports utilizing technical resources and other tools within SAPProvide Level 3 center of excellence support of the Global SAP Competency Center**Job Specifications***Typically has the following skills or abilities:*Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience6+ years experience with SAP module integration points and systems integration with business processesIn-depth knowledge of SAP module integration points and systems integration with business processesStrong business process analysis skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex problemsExcellent organization and time management skillsAbility to identify and mitigate risks; contribute to the risk management planExcellent written and verbal communication skills with employees of all levelsDemonstrated ability to direct others to optical outcomes**Preferred Skills:**Experience with SAP HANAExperience with Snowflake#LI-VISIONCARECompensation range for the role is listed below.
