Infor is seeking a Sr Marketing Manager to join our Americas demand generation organization, specifically supporting marketing initiatives for our Americas SMB & Channel business. This role is critical in reaching the marketing pipeline goals set by Infor, aligned to the Sales revenue targets. This person will be responsible for working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Strategy, Global Marketing, and our Channel partners to define and execute industry-specific integrated marketing programs to create Marketing Generated Opportunities and Closed Won Bookings in line with assigned SMB targets.

A Day In the Life

Responsible for end-to-end conceptualization and execution of the SMB marketing plan. Partner with team as appropriate to support plan for marketing to, through and with key channel partners.

Build and own integrated SMB demand programs by engaging, educating, and connecting with our key buying personas while accelerating demand and brand recognition.

Produce connected end-to-end plans around marketing events to drive pre-event, event, and post-event executions to maximize SMB pipeline creation impact from these investments.

Contribute to our target audience development and collaborate on marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and engagement.

Manage marketing activity across a matrixed organization, creating strong partnerships and alignment with the Sales and Business Development teams within the Americas Region.

Lead additional SMB and Channel Marketing strategic projects as business needs arise.

Basic Qualifications

Multi‑channel B2B software marketing experience, gained within enterprise‑level software (ideally SaaS) technology industries.

Proven experience driving marketing programs to, with, and through B2B channel partners.

Experience in managing lead generation campaigns, including events, from conception to completion.

Experience in leading direct and cross‑functional teams.

Industry demand generation marketing experience in one or more key industries – industrial manufacturing, auto, aerospace & defense, distribution, food & beverage.

Data‑driven results oriented in managing full mix multi‑channel buyer‑journey marketing campaigns to drive awareness and strong commercial outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Budget and project management skills.

Salesforce, DOMO, Demandbase experience.
