Come and redefine what it means to reinvigorate.**About the role:**Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking an **Engineer 3** to support the ongoing maintenance and smooth operation of the property while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining building systems, responding to guest and operational needs, and supporting the overall functionality of the hotel. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and takes pride in delivering prompt, professional service in a fast-paced environment.**What you will do:*** Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.* Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.* Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.* Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.* Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.**What you bring:*** High school education or equivalent experience* Experience required by position is 6 months to two years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations* Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance* Ability to read, speak and write English* Successful candidates must posses legal work authorization in the United States**What we offer:*** Hourly Rate: $29.38* Health Insurance - Medical, Dental & Vision* Company Match 401K Plan* Complimentary stays at Four Seasons Worldwide* Complimentary meals in our Wellness Café* Laundered Employee Uniform* Employee Assistance Program* Investment in your Wellbeing* Life Insurance* Complimentary on-site parking* Training programs, tuition reimbursement* Growth & Development opportunities**Schedule & Hours:*** Full time positionFour Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
