How did you hear about this vacancy? Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers by actively engaging, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to collect customer deposits and confirm orders. Follow up on leads promptly to maximise sales opportunities and achieve individual and team sales targets. Confidently guide customers through their purchasing journey, from inquiry to sale, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Manage and book appointments for on-site design consultants, ensuring schedules are optimised to maintain efficiency. Customer Quotations & Paperwork Process customer quotations following showroom visits, virtual, and onsite consultations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Complete sales order paperwork to the highest standard for smooth handover to the customer care team. Proactively maintain customer correspondence and track progress through the sales pipeline. Showroom Sales Support Deliver engaging showroom tours and personalised design consultations to convert walk-ins into sales. Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail, maintaining high standards throughout the showroom. Pay and Conditions Salary : £26,000 – £27,000 per annum (dependent upon skills and experience). Hours : 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (half‑hour paid lunch break). Weekend Work : Required to work 2 days in every 4 weekends (paid at £20/hour). Skills & Experience Proven track record in sales in a customer‑facing environment. Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills adaptable to different customer needs. Self‑motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Proficient in IT systems, including CRM tools and other sales platforms. Clean UK driving licence and own transport. 20 days paid holiday plus statutory bank holidays, with an extra day for every year worked (up to 3 extra days).
