At East Alabama Health, our infusion pharmacy teams play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing complex treatments. We are seeking a Manager of Infusion Pharmacy Services who brings clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of regulatory standards. This role leads day-to-day operations across our infusion center pharmacies, ensuring compliance with USP

, Alabama Board of Pharmacy regulations, and Joint Commission standards. The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with demonstrated leadership experience, a focus on oncology and IV room best practices, and is committed to fostering collaboration among pharmacy, nursing, and medical teams to drive optimal patient outcomes. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree Pharmacy or Pharm D is Required. Minimum Experience Minimum of 3 years Clinical Pharmacy. Required Registration/License/Certification Active and clear Registered Pharmacist license and Controlled Substance Permit from the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy Preferred Education Master’s degree in business and/or healthcare administration. Doctoral Degree Pharmacy, Pharm D, PGY-1, PGY-2 residency strongly preferred Preferred Experience 5 or more years Clinical Pharmacy Preferred Registration/License/Certification N/A Other Requirements Knowledge of 797 and 800 guidelines, Comprehensive knowledge of Alabama Board of Pharmacy regulations, Federal regulations, and Joint Commission Regulations. Oncology and IV room experience.
