A licensed dental hygienist who is reliable, self-motivated, and has a passion for learning and growth

Someone who appreciates professional fun because a little laughter goes a long way in a workday!
Hours/Days Available: Mondays P/T 7:30-5:30 (Open to flexibility)
Responsibilities
Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities
Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified
Provide post-operative health education to patients so they can take practice good dental care at home after procedures
Talk to patients and make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after the examination
Remove plaque and apply fluoride or other sealants to prevent cavities and tooth decay
Educate patients of all ages on how to take care of their teeth through good flossing and brushing twice daily
Qualifications
Valid CPR certification
Must have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferred
Able to stand up for long periods of time to administer dental exams and procedures
Clear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelines
Possesses a state license to practice dental hygiene
Compensation $60 - $70 hourly
