Daily Pay Range: Pay will vary for day-to-day assignments and is typically more for long-term placements. Pay varies by certification, school, and assignment.
Paid training hours and professional development opportunities (variable by state)
Weekly paychecks via direct deposit

Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits
Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor

Have previous experience in special education settings

What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria
Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Encourage student engagement and participation throughout the day
Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions, following any lesson plans left by the teacher
Communicate clearly with school staff
Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher
