Role Description The Integrated Marketing Specialist (Sales) will drive revenue by creating and implementing integrated marketing strategies and solutions for new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include driving revenue, developing client presentations and proposals, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure campaign excellence, providing customer service, managing deliverables, and analyzing campaign performance. The specialist will also assist in educating clients on Urban One's capabilities and marketing solutions, including both broadcast and digital platforms. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Woodlawn (Baltimore, MD).
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service abilities to engage with clients professionally and effectively
Proven expertise in sales, including generating leads and closing deals (Media sales background strongly preferred)
Ability to work in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational skills and a results‑driven mindset
Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
