As a Conference Services Coordinator, you’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes hero who ensures every meeting and event runs flawlessly. From booking spaces to coordinating services, you’ll create experiences that make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Own the Details: Manage all reservations and bookings for meetings and conferences.
Deliver Quality: Inspect and maintain conference rooms so they look and function perfectly.
Be the Expert: Communicate available services, policies, and fees to clients with clarity and confidence.
Make It Happen: Coordinate all services for booked meetings, ensuring every detail is covered.
Collaborate: Join planning meetings, review event details, answer questions, and solve logistical challenges.
Adapt & Support: Handle last‑minute changes like a pro and assist with other duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Experience: 1–3 years in hospitality or event coordination.
High Hospitality IQ.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Professionalism and tact when working with clients and colleagues.
