About the Role We are seeking a talented and innovative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and functional spaces that exceed our clients' expectations while adhering to local design standards and cultural sensitivities.

Responsibilities

Develop and present creative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project requirements

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution

Create detailed design plans, including space layouts, lighting schemes, and material selections

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials, furniture, and fixtures

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Saudi Arabia

Adapt designs as needed to address on‑site challenges and maintain project timelines

Present design progress and updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Implement sustainable design practices and incorporate energy‑efficient solutions where possible

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices

Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field

3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful projects

Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp

Strong knowledge of interior design principles, current trends, and industry best practices

Excellent visual and spatial awareness with a keen eye for detail

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively

Proven project management abilities, including budget control and timeline management

Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia

Understanding of construction processes and materials

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy‑efficient solutions

Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred

Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects

Ability to work with diverse clientele and cultural sensitivities

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and on‑site conditions

Willingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia if required
