Are you a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a real difference? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our team in Stow, MA!
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop data‑driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide center‑based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs.
Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide decision‑making and ensure fidelity of implementation.
Coach and model evidence‑based behavioral strategies for caregivers and behavior technicians.
Supervise RBTs/behavior technicians and maintain treatment fidelity.
Facilitate family and caregiver training to generalize skills across settings.
Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and school/community partners.
Participate in staff meetings, clinical training, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure.
1 year of BCBA experience in a school setting is required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with families and team members.
