Deployable Communications Project Manager GovCIO is currently hiring for Project Manager to join our Deployable Communication Team. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to support the Deployable Intelligence Communication Equipment (DICE) Program Manager (PM). This position will be located in Hampton, VA and will be an onsite position with occasional remote work.

Responsibilities

Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.

Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.

Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.

Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.

Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.

Equipment Manager to manage the DICE program IT Equipmentodian (ITEC).

Assist in the management of DICE Communication Security (COMSEC) as alternate COMSEC Responsibility Officer.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with 6–9 years (or commensurate experience).

Required Skills and Experience

Clearance Required: TS/SCI.

6+ years of IT Project Management experience.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Ability to host meetings with Microsoft Teams collaboration tools.

Experience with Air Force ITEC and COMSEC.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Deployed Experience with DoD communications systems.

Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, DCGS, or other DoDIN Networks.

Self‑motivated team player with ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

Ability to function in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.

Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at‑will position" and GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range USD $115,000.00 – USD $125.00 /Yr.
