We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a new project!
Please note this is a project based engagement, not an inhouse position. The social package in this case (vacation, days off, sick leaves, public holidays, equipment, accounting support) isn’t covered by Selecto. Project Description
It is a white-label, AI-powered community engagement and management platform that lets communities create fully customized digital experiences. It features agentic AI assistants that proactively and reactively engage members across onboarding, events, networking, marketplace, payments, referrals, and knowledge management. The system supports complex workflows, from simple authentication to advanced KYC/KYB verification, configurable by module and membership tier. Engagement Duration
3 - 3.5 months with a possibility of extension Expected Working Hours
9:00 AM–6:00 PM Kyiv time with a 1-hour break Skills required
Proven experience designing complex UX systems, including enterprise, SaaS, and AI-driven platforms Extensive experience designing agentic AI flows and chat-first interfaces for complex platforms Strong UX/UI design capabilities across web and mobile, with a responsive, mobile-first approach Experience working on white-label platforms Ability to design for highly configurable systems with varying user roles and permissions Solid understanding of KYC/KYB flows and compliance-driven user experiences Proven experience creating user stories, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes Hands-on collaboration with developers and cross-functional stakeholders Proficiency in Figma Strong English communication skills Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI strategy and execution as the primary designer across all platform modules Design AI-driven, chat-first experiences for both administrators and community members Co-create user stories, journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders Act with a product-owner mindset, contributing to both strategic direction and practical decisions Iterate rapidly based on feedback, testing, and evolving project requirements What needs to be done: Take over as lead UX designer on an ongoing project to design and refine a complex, multi-module white-label platform.
