We’re seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications that follow our established frontend standards. You’ll work primarily with React and Next.js to build component-based applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to our organizational development principles.
Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, accessible frontend applications using React and Next.js
Implement frontend architecture following our established component-based design patterns
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code
Create reusable UI components following our Component Library Standards
Ensure all code meets our accessibility, performance, and security standards
Implement proper state management strategies based on application requirements
Write comprehensive tests for components, hooks, and utilities
Collaborate with designers to ensure precise implementation of UI/UX designs
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards compliance
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our frontend standards
Stay current with frontend development best practices and emerging technologies
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript
Experience with Next.js, particularly with the App Router architecture
Experience with component-based architecture and design systems
Knowledge of responsive design and CSS frameworks (preferably Tailwind CSS)
Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Proficiency with frontend testing methodologies and tools
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with state management solutions (React Query, Zustand, Context API)
Familiarity with CSS methodologies (BEM, CSS Modules)
Experience with Storybook for component documentation
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Experience with frontend security best practices
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Contributions to open-source projects or component libraries
