Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans Accurately record session data using electronic devices Create a positive and supportive learning environment Build strong relationships with families Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes Qualifications
Experience as an ABA Therapist or experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum preferred High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations Reliable transportation Need to Know
Services are provided in clients’ homes and community-based locations All positions begin as part-time Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required Minimum six-month commitment required Paid training is provided; no prior ABA experience is required Great Fit If You Have Experience In
Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician roles Education or early childhood development Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles After-school programs or camp counseling Behavioral health, mental health, or social services ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism Healthcare support roles (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver) Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one If you are compassionate, patient, and passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
