We are seeking a dedicated Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to become part of a thriving team in Pueblo, Colorado. This full-time opportunity is at a high-volume gastroenterology practice, renowned for delivering exceptional patient care. You'll collaborate with a supportive group of gastroenterologists, helping us to uphold our commitment to innovative, evidence-based treatments in a community-oriented facility.
Job Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of gastrointestinal conditions, focusing on patient-centered care.
- Perform advanced ERCP procedures using state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment.
- Collaborate with a team of five gastroenterologists and other medical professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, including weekend coverage, ensuring continuous patient support.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for effective documentation and communication.
- Contribute to a high-volume practice by managing a diverse caseload in a dynamic environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through CME opportunities within a physician-led team.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
- Active CO License or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with ERCP Procedures is highly preferred.
- Current COVID vaccination is required.
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
- DEA must be obtained prior to start.
- Permanent placement fee applicable.
- Current CO Medical License (or ability to obtain).
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology.
- DEA registration (to be obtained before start).
