Join our dynamic Anesthesia Services Team in Muskegon, Michigan! This state-of-the-art facility is designated as a Level 2 trauma center, equipped with 20 operating rooms, 5 heart and vascular rooms, 6 endoscopy rooms, and 2 C-section suites. We offer a wide range of general and complex cases, including orthopedic, GI, gynecology, ENT, vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology, and robotics. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates to develop their skills and grow professionally.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide anesthesia care for various surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with a professional and friendly team of providers.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts.
- Participate in a diverse case mix including elective and trauma cases.
- Maintain a supportive and safe environment for patients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of anesthesia services.
- Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start).
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
- Experience preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Michigan Nursing License or willingness to obtain.
- DEA Verbal Confirmation or willingness to obtain.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
