A rewarding opportunity to bring quality care to an underserved population in Providence: Practice is weekday outpatient primary care – Full-time is 4 days in clinic; one day remote admin. Part-time option is 3 days in clinic. Collaborate with a terrific team of physicians from all specialties including integrated behavioral health clinicians. At PCHC, Team Care Model includes the clinician leading their team –Medical Assistant and shared RN
