Job Summary The Benefits Platform Coordinator supports North Risk Partners’ internal Employee Benefits team by coordinating and assisting with client‑facing technology solutions. This role plays a key part in supporting processes to maintain client portals for both new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include supporting the setup and maintenance of client portals, assisting with renewals and open enrollment, and collaborating with internal team members to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of issues. Essential Responsibilities Support North Risk’s ENET team and internal Employee Benefits team for existing and future client benefit platform enrollments, including but not limited to:

Building benefit portals for new clients Updating and maintaining forms for compliance and consistency Updating and maintaining plan rates for various carriers Initiating and updating client information based on renewal data Processing updates and client change requests Initiating and updating data integration feeds to carrier and vendor partners

Maintain regular communication with platform contacts and Account Managers to ensure data accuracy Assist with training internal Employee Benefits team on platform basics for backup and assistance in client changes, or building client portals as needed Work with new clients on utilization of platforms and programs Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management Requirements Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor’s degree, and work experience in insurance or another service industry Working knowledge of standard technology, including core Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate it to the end user effectively Ability to work independently and on a team both in‑person and virtually Ability to obtain & maintain a life and health insurance license within 6 months of hire Behavior Expectations A role model for North Risk Partners’ core values, mission, and desired culture Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude Professionally and positively represent North Risk Partners to all coworkers, clients, and external stakeholders A team player who collaborates and works well with his/her coworkers A professional who demonstrates the ability to carry on a conversation with clients, Risk Advisors, and other coworkers within North Risk Partners Physical Requirements Perform under normal office conditions; may include lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds Twist, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and reach frequently Hear, speak, and effectively verbally communicate in English Sit at a desk for extended periods and spend long hours at a computer Move around office/building/facilities repeatedly throughout the day Apply manual dexterity, visual acuity, and ability for computer keyboarding, office equipment, etc. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to different North Risk Partners locations for meetings, and various locations throughout the state and potentially the region for client meetings Able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends Tools and Equipment Used Incumbents must be able to use telephones, calculators, copy machines, computers, printers, and other office equipment. Work Environment The work environment is primarily indoors. Exposure to a variety of weather conditions during work‑related travel and events held outside of the workplace will occur and I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree with the contents of this position description. Compensation and Benefits The estimated range for this full‑time position is $24.04 - $26.92 hourly, plus benefits.
