Overview
CrunchTime Administrator PHOENIX, ARIZONA The CrunchTime Administrator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of CrunchTime data across all locations. This role supports restaurant operations, inventory control, and financial reporting by managing system data, troubleshooting issues, developing training materials, and coordinating menu and system changes with cross-functional teams. Job Description
Perform ongoing CrunchTime data maintenance, including:
Adding and maintaining products and recipes Entering and updating vendor information Managing vendor order guides Setting up and maintaining new restaurant locations
Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily error remediation files to ensure data accuracy. Develop, maintain, and update standardized CrunchTime training materials in alignment with new system features and evolving SOPs. Partner with restaurant managers to troubleshoot data issues and provide system guidance. Serve as the primary point of contact with the CrunchTime support team, communicating system issues, enhancement requests, and training needs. Prepare and distribute reports supporting Food, Beverage, and Inventory Control initiatives. Collaborate with restaurant management to analyze and resolve cost and revenue variances. Coordinate menu changes, additions, and deletions with IT and Operations to ensure timely and accurate database updates for new menus, policies, and rollouts. Requirements
Minimum three years of experience in hospitality; preferably higher level culinary management Demonstrated experience administering or programming within the CrunchTime platform. Understanding of basic accounting principles, including GL coding, P&L statements, COGS, and inventory controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio; Advanced Excel preferred Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities. Ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve routine system and data issues. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve problems and improve processes. Adaptable, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
