About the Position We are seeking an experienced pre‑litigation attorney who will enjoy significant responsibility and autonomy in managing a high‑volume caseload, while collaborating with dedicated staff and fellow attorneys as needed. This role is well‑suited for an attorney who thrives in a results‑driven, client‑focused environment and is motivated by a compensation structure that rewards strong performance and case outcomes.
Responsibilities Managing a high‑volume caseload of personal injury pre‑litigation matters; communicating with claims adjusters and clients; collaborating with staff to ensure efficient resolution of cases; handling cases in district court when necessary.
Position Requirements
Active member in good standing with the Alabama Bar. Georgia Bar membership is a plus.
3+ years of experience handling personal injury pre‑litigation negotiations. Prior claims adjusting experience is a significant plus.
Capable of handling all aspects of personal injury pre‑litigation work.
Communicate regularly with claims adjusters and clients.
Collaborate with dedicated staff to ensure efficient resolution of cases.
Able to handle cases in district court, only if necessary.
