Job Title Operations Support (W2 Contract, 12 months)

Location & Schedule Coppell, TX – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Pay Rate $30 per hour

Position Overview The Private Banking Operations team supports the Private Banking Group by delivering operational oversight and client service across lending and deposit products, banking services, collateral monitoring, margin operations, and vendor management. This role focuses on day‑to‑day operational support related to vendor services for U.S. banking operations, including mortgage origination services. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to appraisal escalation requests from Home Loans

Review monthly vendor and operational reports and escape issues to management as needed

Provide timely client service support to field partners by managing and responding to incoming emails

Identify and escape operational issues, providing recommendations for resolution

Support vendor oversight activities related to mortgage origination and lending services

Participate in projects, training sessions, and meetings, including taking notes and preparing meeting minutes

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance controls, efficiency, and service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a related business field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat

Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences

High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines and adhere to procedures

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources

Technically adaptable with the ability to learn and work in new systems and tools

Collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in Lending Operations within a Financial Services organization

Familiarity with mortgage origination processes, vendor oversight, or banking operations
