Role Summary The Ecommerce Manager will drive the commercial performance and on-site experience of the ecommerce business. This role blends hands‑on site execution with strategic coordination—ensuring that global campaigns, merchandising plans, and digital marketing efforts are locally relevant and aligned with U.S. business priorities.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with creative attention to detail, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and has an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow a premium brand’s digital presence in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

Own the

day-to-day management of the ecommerce site , including product launches, merchandising, navigation, and content updates.

Plan and execute

seasonal campaigns and promotions , ensuring smooth coordination with global brand and CRM calendars.

Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly

reporting

to record onsite performance.

Act as the

primary U.S. liaison with global marketing, SEO/GEO, CRO+AB tests, and paid media teams

to ensure U.S. product focus, timing, and messaging are relevant and optimized for local audiences.

Monitor

on-site KPIs

(conversion rate, AOV, category performance) and make actionable recommendations to drive results.

Ensure

SEO best practices

are implemented and maintained on all pages (metadata, tagging, internal linking, hierarchy).

Oversee

site QA and UX consistency , ensuring an elevated brand experience across desktop and mobile.

Partner with the Operations & Insights Manager to align inventory, product availability, and promotional execution.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Retail to maintain operational readiness and brand consistency.

Key Qualifications

2‑4 years of experience in

ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital trading , ideally within premium retail, beauty, or consumer goods.

Proficiency with

Shopify ,

GA4 , and Excel; familiarity with content management and analytics tools.

Strong understanding of

digital marketing , SEO, and CRM fundamentals.

Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborative and confident communicator with global teams.

Passion for premium products, brand storytelling, and customer experience.

– Ecommerce is full of landmines: wrong prices, wrong inventory, broken links, duplicate SKUs, expired PDP text, etc. A detail‑oriented person saves hours and prevents revenue loss.

Analytical Comprehension

– Understands data patterns and can interpret KPIs, not just export reports and list numbers.

Strong Digital Operational Skills

– Comfortable managing ecommerce workflows, Shopify tasks, and 3PL interactions.

Tech Comfort

– They don't need to code but they cannot be afraid of tools because we naturally use a lot of tools, some could be completely new to them.

Communication & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

– Communicates clearly and can represent the ecomm team when they speak, escalates issues appropriately, and works smoothly with multiple teams.

Ecommerce Curiosity

– Genuinely interested in ecommerce and naturally wants to perfect their craft.

Salary $80,000 to $95,000*
