Controller / CFO (#1 Role / Manufacturing)

Initiating a search for a Controller / CFO (#1 Role / Manufacturing & Distribution) for a well-positioned, $40MM+ (and growing...organic and thru acquisition), multi-site / multi-state manufacturing & distribution company headquartered in the broader Omaha metropolitan area. Position will lead a small team of experienced professionals and be responsible for overseeing / managing all aspects of the accounting / finance function (i.e. transactional, month-end close, internal / external financial reporting, budget process, financial / operational analysis (FP&A), cash / treasury, budgeting / forecasting / , KPI's / dashboarding, ERP, etc.) and driving both the identification and capture of accounting / finance / business process (and technology) streamlining / value-add opportunities. Position will be heavily involved with and have touchpoints across the organization and offers future career growth potential to CFO.
