About the Role — Software Engineer / Member of Technical Staff As a Full-stack Engineer at The Company, you will be responsible for building end-to-end product features across the frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, and data systems. This role is ideal for candidates seeking ownership, speed, and direct impact on a rapidly scaling crypto platform.

You will work with:

TypeScript

Rust APIs

WebSockets

Next.js + Zustand

Tailwind CSS

Postgres, Vector DB (VDB), Redis

Hosted on DigitalOcean, with potential migration to bare metal

Responsibilities

Own and ship full-stack features from idea to implementation to production

Build performant TypeScript and Rust components and APIs

Work with real-time data systems using WebSockets

Build and maintain Next.js frontends with Zustand state management

Design and optimize storage layers using Postgres, Redis, and vector databases

Contribute to high-performance infrastructure for trading workloads

Move fast, solve problems at speed, and maintain high product quality

Requirements

Strong full-stack engineering skills

Ability to build features end-to‑end

Proficiency in TypeScript

Solid coding fundamentals

Strong problem‑solving skills and product intuition

Ability to implement performant logic quickly

Open to candidates at any experience level, including new graduates
