What You’ll Do

Improve operational processes across field services, logistics, and rental operations

Build SOPs and scalable operating playbooks

Lead KPI development and continuous improvement initiatives

Support integration of acquired locations and new service lines

Deploy tools and systems that enhance visibility and accountability

Who You Are

7 to 10 plus years in industrial services, logistics, rental, or waste related operations

Strong operator who can dive into the field while driving strategic priorities

Experienced with multi site operations and performance improvement

Analytical mindset with expertise in routing, dispatch, and utilization metrics
