The

Receiving Associate Lead

is responsible for overseeing all inbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This role provides leadership to the receiving team, coordinates daily activities, and ensures operational efficiency in the receiving area.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You will:

Lead the receiving team to ensure proper unloading, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments.

Verify accuracy of received goods against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Maintain inventory integrity by ensuring proper labeling, storage, and system updates.

Coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Train and mentor team members on receiving processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Monitor productivity and enforce compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards.

Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

Operate material handling equipment when required.

You have:

2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of receiving processes and inventory systems.

Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
