Supply Planner

We're growing fast and looking for a
Supply Manager
who will play a critical role within the Operations team. This person is focused on maintaining the highest service levels while minimizing inventory levels and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Your Mission Cover strategic supply planning and tactical purchasing activities to ensure optimal product availability. You'll own key initiatives in:
Ensuring Optimal Product Availability: execute stock/non-stock purchase orders, monitor supplier schedules and delivery, and communicate delays to team.
Maintain Accurate Inventory & Supply/Demand Planning: analyze inventory trends, project raw material, component and resale demand from history and customer forecast, and recommend purchasing/stocking strategies.
Supplier Relations & Performance: develop/maintain supplier relationships, conduct supplier reviews, manage supplier scorecards, and resolve supply issues.
Supply Chain Data Integrity & Management: maintain master supply chain data in ERP, update/maintain PO details, ensure data accuracy for raw material, component and resale SKUs, and supply chain ISO 9001 compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: communicate with functional teams, contribute to and support S&OP process, identify process and cost improvements in functional responsibilities, and participate in cross-functional projects.
Hybrid opportunity based out of ARC's Troy, OH office.
Key Responsibilities
Execute stock, non-stock purchase orders from data analysis, ERP Acumatica recommendations, and internal requests, ensuring timely and accurate replenishments and delivery of products.
Conduct data analysis of inventory trends and demand consumption. Provide forecast recommendations for purchasing and stocking strategies.
Monitor supplier production schedules and shipping timelines; communicate delays and significant changes to cross-functional teams and operations' leadership.
Maintain accurate supply chain master data and sourcing rules in Acumatica for assigned SKUs.
Update purchase order details based on supplier inputs and other change notices.
Develop new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing suppliers; collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues.
Assist in supplier selection processes in alignment with business goals and assist with contract negotiations up to final authorization.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews; create and manage supplier performance scorecards.
Execute RFQ process, obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
Understand bill of material components & customer demand for assigned SKUs.
Support the S&OP process and contribute to special projects as assigned.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong operations team and cross functional collaborator.
Attention to detail and time-sensitivity in performing daily work.
Performs other relation duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in a supply chain discipline
Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain preferred, or degree combined with work experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP
Supplier development and management experience
Knowledge of supply and demand management, customer service, and inventory management best practices
MS Word, Outlook, and Power Point proficiency
Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to combine, analyze and summarize large data sets in actionable tools
Experience as leader or contributor in S&OP cycle
ERP implementation, ability to implement MRP
