My client, a leading manufacturing company in the building products industry, is seeking an experienced
Production Supervisor
to oversee daily operations in a high-volume
metal fabrication and roll forming department . The Supervisor will lead a team of 75+ employees, driving safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and develop production staff to ensure efficient operations and team performance.
Manage daily production activities, including machine setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Enforce safety standards and conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer requirements.
Use Pilot/AS400 and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing experience (metal fabrication/roll forming preferred).
Proven leadership of large teams (75+ employees).
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with manufacturing machinery.
Skilled in safety compliance, process optimization, and data analysis.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Schedule:
This is a 2nd shift position. Hours are 2pm to 10pm. This is a 24-hour operation with flexibility across shifts;
weekend work required
during peak season.
