Operations Lead - The Shops at Crystals Location:

Las Vegas, NV

Full-time (32-40 hrs/week)

Pay Range:

$20.00-$24.00 per hour, with incentives and benefits.

Overview The Operations Lead is critical in the store leadership team and is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency. The Operations Lead will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager in initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.

Responsibilities

Operations Leader:

Lead & execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink; investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to evolve processes.

Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra‑day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.

Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.

Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes.

Business Leader:

Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.

Leverage metrics to support business‑driving strategies.

Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.

People Leader:

Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.

Directly oversee the Operations Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent.

Use company performance tools to evaluate associates and provide feedback to drive growth.

Business Partner:

Collaborate with Visual Lead to ensure cross‑functional training and with Sales & Service Lead to ensure business is well‑executed.

Execute company‑level operations‑focused directives, projects, and initiatives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager.

Qualifications

2+ years prior work experience in a client‑centric, sales environment.

Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision‑making.

Values feedback and is receptive to receiving and providing feedback.

High energy, upbeat, enthusiastic, and able to integrate fun into work.

Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Aligns with and embodies ALO's guiding principles.

Job Level: Associate.

Work Schedule & Availability Full‑time employees must have open availability and work variable shifts, including peak days, weekends, and the company’s blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
