Role Description This is a full‑time role located in North Aurora, IL. As a Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the quality assurance processes for all asphalt and aggregate materials produced. You will conduct regular testing, ensure compliance with IDOT standards, implement quality control protocols, and collaborate with production teams to maintain product integrity. Additionally, you will identify and resolve quality issues and generate detailed reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
Qualifications
Proficiency and experience in Quality Assurance, testing methods, and process evaluation
Knowledge of IDOT standards and regulations, as well as familiarity with asphalt and aggregate production
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work on‑site at the North Aurora, IL location
Relevant industry certifications and/or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
