Fluent in Spanish, verbal and written

Essential Job Functions

Build customer relationships

Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and merchandise sales

Assist members with opening and closing accounts

Perform miscellaneous tasks such as processing reports, filing, computer input, and answering the telephone

Balance cash drawer and daily transactions, maintaining security of all cash, tickets, and negotiables

Attend business development events

Education and Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience

High school education or GED

Bilingual Spanish
