Responsibilities
Fulfills requests from business users and operations, communicates technical status updates with appropriate teams, and oversees stability, resiliency, reliability, and the performance of multiple supported systems
Mentors other team members and provides technical leadership
Captures and translates business requirements into complex infrastructure and/or system design for specific implementations and collaborates with technology stakeholders, Solution Delivery Management teams, Technology Project Management teams, Solutions Engineering teams, and technical service providers for system design and deployment
Supports change implementations, proactively identifies and resolves potential issues resulting from the changes, and performs access and/or physical provisioning/deprovisioning (additions, modifications, and deletions) for infrastructure and applications
Provides consulting services to Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and technical partners, executes procedures reliably, and escalates appropriately to solve incidents quickly
Provides release support when needed and manages engagement across audiences
Provides full lifecycle management of the infrastructure and application environments
Administer and support CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA)
Monitor CyberArk platform health, availability, and performance, ensuring alignment with operational SLAs
Troubleshoot and resolve credential vaulting, rotation, and integration issues
Partner with infrastructure and application teams to enable secure access integrations
Enforce compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards
Provide Tier-2/3 support for CyberArk-related incidents and service requests
Participate in audits, evidence gathering, and privileged access governance reporting
Support change management, testing, and deployment of CyberArk updates and patches
Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration and operations
Strong hands-on expertise with CyberArk components (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA)
Experience managing credentials across Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, middleware, and APIs
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and privileged access best practices
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Ability to describe highly technical information in an understandable level to any audience
Desired Qualifications
CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian)
Experience with CyberArk Secrets Manager
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and onboarding
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and PAM integrations
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and authentication mechanisms
Exposure to SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.) for monitoring privileged activity
ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITSM best practices
