Recovery Support Professional I
The Recovery Support Professional I will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes documenting of peer lead meetings and ongoing client safety checks.
Full-Time / Non-exempt
Pay Range begins at $20.00
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 4 p.m.- 12 a.m.
QUALIFICATONS: High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Valid CT Driver’s license with ability to transport others using company vehicles

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and meets weekly with the Clinical Supervisor or Supervisor.
Provides transportation to clients for appointments as needed.
Conducts rounds consistently to ensure client and environmental safety.
Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and meets weekly with the Clinical Supervisor or Supervisor.
Maintain the cleanliness of the program
Provides services in other residential programs as necessary
Any additional responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
