About the Role How You’ll Make an Impact As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving daily operational excellence while leading high‑performing teams across our Georgia facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead daily logistics facility operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, throughput, and on‑time delivery.
Serve as a key customer interface, coordinating schedules, managing expectations, and adjusting labor in real time.
Execute contingency plans during disruptions; support root‑cause and post‑mortem analyses.
Monitor performance against KPIs and targets; implement corrective actions and elevate risks.
Provide visible leadership to Warehouse Managers and operational teams, modeling DP World values.
Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Progressive leadership experience in operations, plant, warehouse, or logistics management (automotive or logistics industry preferred).
Strong analytical skills; ability to assess complex operational data and make sound decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership and customers.
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and lead through change.
Proficiency with standard business systems and tools (email, databases, spreadsheets, reporting, etc.).
Physical Requirements Standing and walking for long periods; bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching. Lifting 20–50 lbs repetitively.
Work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment with temperature variations. Must wear PPE as required.
