Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
As an Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize high-speed manufacturing operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. This role is based in Los Angeles and requires expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage 3-shift operations in a high-speed food packaging environment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and standard work implementation.
Oversee production, maintenance coordination, and line changeovers to optimize efficiency and quality.
Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) metrics across production lines.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance safety and promote a quality-first culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP system integration and operations.
Manage batching and processing operations to maintain production schedules and product quality.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Food & Beverage manufacturing and operations management.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA compliance requirements.
Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.
Strong leadership skills to manage multi-shift operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Technical understanding of high-speed packaging, batching, and processing operations.
Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools.
