We are hiring a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily projects in our St. Louis office. A DAY IN THE LIFE
Responsible for managerial aspects of multifamily projects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3‑10 years of project management experience running multifamily projects; we are open to experience levels
Design/build experience preferred
Estimating experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
