Our hotel features 236 guest rooms and is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel located one mile from the Disney Springs area. Five team members report directly to the Front Office Manager.
We are looking for an ideal candidate with at least 6 months experience as a Guest Service Agent in hospitality. Experience with OnQ is a must. Ability to work the required shifts and passion for guest service.
Shift Pattern:
2-3 shifts per week (11 pm–7:30 am) weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed.
Pay Rate:
$20.45 per hour

What will I be doing? As Night Auditor, you will oversee the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will:
Audit, post and balance daily cashiers’ work for outlets including rooms and food & beverage
Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
Assist guests with concerns throughout the night
Check in and check out guests, provide copies of their receipts
Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
