Administrative Support, Senior
– Warner Robins, GA HX5, LLC is an award‑winning engineering, research and development and technical services provider. This role supports the C‑17 Foreign Military Sales program and provides administrative assistance to teams working with multiple countries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support staff leadership, teams, and office personnel by developing, maintaining and modifying directorate/division/program schedules and calendars. Assist in editing, developing, publishing, and storing finished products, including program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings and other presentations, technical and non‑technical, classified and unclassified in requested media and format. Maintain official file plans using the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) or other appropriate information management systems. Assist in preparing and processing CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements and travel vouchers. Verify accuracy of data inputs for divisional Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS), Customer Service Representative (CSR), in/out-processing, DTS, and Functional Area Records Management (FARM). Provide weekly updates on status of suspenses during regularly scheduled meetings or via ad‑hoc requests. Education and Experience
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED certificate and ten (10) years of relative experience. Minimum of five (5) years of Department of Defense experience. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full‑time position. 40 hours per week with a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours. Other Position Requirements
Proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency required. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must obtain a Secret clearance within six (6) months of hire.
