Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Front Desk Clerk , Shift: Day or Swings | Pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Efficiently and effectively check guests in and out, provide information about property events, understand guest requests and respond to guest needs.

Process guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner aligned with internal controls.

Answer internal and external calls in order to answer questions, direct calls or provide general information.

Operate AS/400 hotel computer system, credit card machine and other office equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

This position will require you to be standing during the duration of your shift. You will also be required to help assist with guests and their check-in needs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior cash handling is preferred.

Basic computer and math skills are required and the ability to operate POS systems is strongly preferred.

Flexibility to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is strongly preferred.

Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred.
