Job Position Description With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crews, keeping the Operations Manager and Production Manager updated on all aspects of production. Supervise 1-6 field technicians allocated to assigned jobs, coordinate SLA requirements, materials, equipment, and supplies for each job, complete job files and monitoring of jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Crew Chiefs take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities

Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand

Effectively oversee all aspects of the mitigation processes and customers' needs

Coordinate with Contents and Reconstruction departments to provide additional assistance where necessary

Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence

Managing job progress, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with Production Manager

Leaving job-sites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines

Communicating and managing customer concerns with back office effectively

Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard

Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications

Experience in equipment deployment, proper chemical and PPE utilization, and labor management

Ability to master IT and software requirements for job documentation in the field

Strong Customer Service and communication skills

IICRC, RIA, or comparable Certifications required

Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site

Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'

Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth

Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

Compensation $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
