$22.00–$27.00 per hour
Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in our Colonial Heights clinic.
Active RBT certification is required for this role. Applicants without current RBT certification will not be considered.
In this role, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help children develop communication, social, play, and independent living skills. You’ll join a supportive, mission-driven team focused on providing high-quality therapy and meaningful outcomes for children and families.
What You Will Do:
Provide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions
Implement treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA
Support client goals across communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Collect accurate session data and documentation
Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive therapy environment
Collaborate with the clinical team and caregivers
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Daytime availability between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Full-time and part-time schedules available
Compensation:
$22–$27 per hour, depending on experience and certification

Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — required
Availability Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Ability to pass background and reference screenings
Preferred Experience (not required):
ABA or behavioral health experience
Clinic-based RBT experience
