Remote Customer Service Reps

Your Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls

Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly solutions

Record data clearly into client systems

Provide follow-up as needed for customer satisfaction

Requirements What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

Excellent phone and typing skills

Comfortable navigating software and multitasking

Dedicated home workspace and stable internet

Windows 11 PC with 8 GB RAM (16 GB RAM preferred) (no Apple or Chromebook)

USB headset & wired internet (not needed to apply, but required to start)
