What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality care to residents
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
Implement and evaluate care interventions
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans
What You’ll Need:
Active NE LPN license
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Long-term care experience preferred – New grads welcome!
Strong critical thinking, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
