Maintenance Technician Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where they co-design, develop, and produce high-quality protein bars for some of the fastest-growing healthy snack brands. Known for delivering best-in-class products with superior taste, texture, and quality, they continuously push boundaries to create better, healthier, and tastier options for consumers. As a key player in the maintenance team, you’ll ensure that production runs efficiently by keeping equipment in peak condition and minimizing downtime. This position is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize machinery performance. Diagnose and repair equipment issues quickly to maintain production efficiency. Maintain and repair spare parts to ensure availability for future needs. Participate in daily team meetings to align on priorities and action plans. Train new technicians and share expertise to strengthen the team. Keep work areas clean and organized at the end of each shift. Operate and troubleshoot European-manufactured machinery as required. Maintenance Technician Qualifications At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of PLCs and hydraulic systems. Experience with facilities maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, or building systems, is a plus. Ability to adapt to various machinery and solve complex technical issues. Strong organizational and communication skills. Who’s a Great Fit?
