Together, we can shape the future.Job DescriptionJoin our team as a **Production Line Worker** and help keep our 2nd shift operations running smoothly and safely.**Your Impact in This Role**As a **Production Line Worker**, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:* Sort and process materials on a production line (may require standing for extended periods)* Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality* Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE* Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)* Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors**What You Bring to the Table*** Strong work ethic and reliability* Ability to work well in a team environment* Good communication skills* Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks* Attention to detail and commitment to quality* Physical ability to bend, lift, climb, and perform repetitive movements* Occasional use of fine motor skills (e.g., machine operation)**Benefits*** Medical Insurance* Prescription Drug Benefits* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* Life Insurance* Disability Insurance* Critical Illness Insurance* 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan#LI-DNISibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
