Salary Information
Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $67.00/hr
Per diem for out‑of‑area candidates: $820/week
Pay will be based on years of experience.
High Level Project Overview
The senior nuclear scheduler is responsible for building modification schedules, working closely with superintendents and project managers to load and update the schedule based on resources and other factors. This position will lead weekly ECR schedule review meetings and hold periodic project schedule meetings through the life of assigned projects.
Candidate will need to have proven ability to prepare and present technical information and data in various formats, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work of self and others, work in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, problem‑solving skills, skill in determining the impact of changing variables on plant operations, process information and make decisions quickly. Must be detail oriented.
Top Required Skills
Recent hands‑on experience as a Nuclear Scheduler.
Prior work experience demonstrating knowledge of craft specialty/nuclear operations and preparing modification schedules.
Proficiency in Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule analysis, computer use, spreadsheet applications and online scheduling software.
Experience with P6, Maximo and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with various levels of employees and management.
Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with MUST and SAP.
Preferred Years of Experience and Educational Qualification
Scheduler I: High School or Equivalent, 0‑2 years related experience.
Scheduler II: High School or Equivalent, 2‑7 years related experience including two years Nuclear Plant scheduling experience.
Scheduler III: High School or Equivalent, 6‑11 years related experience including four years Nuclear Plant scheduling experience.
